Ensley Township Planning Commission Meeting Minutes

January 22, 2008

Members Present: Phil Starr, Matthew Bonzo, Ralph Palmer, Robert Buckowing, John Vander Meulen, Keith Bouwkamp

Members Absent: Ronald Bell

Public: None

Meeting:

A         Pledge of Allegiance

Meeting was called to order at 8:00 by Phil Starr.  Pledge of Allegiance was cited.

B.                 Roll Call

All present except Ron Bell

C.                 Approval of Agenda

Starr presented the agenda.  Motion made (Bouwkamp) and supported (Vander Meulen) to approve the agenda. Motion carried.

D.                Approval of Minutes for November 26^th ‘08

Motion Made (Bouwkamp) and supported (Vander Meulen) to approve Minutes of November 26^th, ’08 with a correction to the next year meeting dates for January from January 26^th, ’08 date to January 26^th, ’09.   Phil called for a vote, motion carried.

A.                       Monday Night Conflict

Leave planned dates as they are scheduled.

B.                       Master Plan

Worked on Master Plan

Motion made by (Bouwkamp) and supported (Vander Meulen) to adjourn at 9:45 PM.  Motion carried.
