Members Present:

Phil Starr, Matthew Bonzo, John VanderMeulen, Keith Bouwkamp, and Louise Yowtz, Ralph Palmer

Meeting:

A.                 Pledge of Allegiance

            Meeting was called to order at 8:05 by Phil Starr. Pledge was cited.

B.                 Roll Call

All present

C.                 Approval of the Agenda

Motion by Starr, support by Bonzo to approve the agenda for this evening. Motion carried.

Old Business:

A.                 Master Plan

Various discussions took place regarding multiple sections of the outline Major areas covered were the Agriculture, Residential and Commercial sections.  No text was finalized or approved.

Additionally, in the outline for the Master Plan, sections under “III Infrastructure”,  the following sections were assigned to PC members for discussion at next meeting: Starr, Streets; Vander Meulen, Bicycle Paths and Pedestrian Ways; Bouwkamp, Drainage; Palmer, Review of general location and extent of public structures; Yowtz, Waterfront developments

Motion by Starr, supported by Yowtz to adjourn at 9:45 PM. Motion carried.
