Minutes of the Ensley Township Zoning Board of Appeals

February 8, 2011

Meeting was called to order by Bill Greenhoe, chairperson with the pledge of allegiance to the American flag

 Members present: Walt Jones, Bill Greenhoe, Janet Dravk, planning commission representative, Brenda Bird Board representative.

 Members absent with notice: Brian Hart.

  Review Meeting minutes. Walt moved to approve with correction of spelling, supported by Janet, minutes approved.

 There was no old business.

                 Election of officers:

      Nomination for chairperson:

 Brenda Nominated Bill Greenhoe, supported by Walt,

All ayes, motion passed.

      Nomination for vice chairperson:

   Janet nominated Janet Dravk, supported by Bill,

All ayes, Motion Passed.

     Nomination for secretary:

  Brenda Nominated Walt Jones, supported by Janet

 All ayes, Motion Passed

      No public comment.

     New Business:
  Janet request a copy of the ZBA books for members that do not have one, and one copy be left at the hall for reference.

  Janet will be in touch with Steve for that request.
