Unapproved Meeting Minutes*Minutes of the Ensley Township Zoning Board of AppealsFebruary 9, 2010 Annual meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals Present Bill Greenhoe, Brenda Bird, and Brian Hart, Bob Hall the zoning administrator was also present Absent Dave Crowe, Robert Buckowing Meeting called to order by Bill Greenhoe at 8:05 The pledge of allegiance was said There were no minutes available from the previous meeting since the ZBA did not meet last year. The first item on the agenda was to elect officers Brian H. motioned that Bill Greenhoe to be the Chairman, and that Brenda Bird be the Secretary The motion was seconded by Brenda B. Bill G called for a vote, All Ayes, Motion carried The second item on the agenda was, meeting dates. Bill G. explained that in the past the ZBA has met on an as needed basis except for the Annual meeting Brenda B. Motioned that the ZBA meet on an as needed basis Brian H. seconded the motion Vote: All Ayes, Motion carried The meeting was then opened to Bob Hall the Zoning Administrator, who went over the responsibilities of the ZBA, how the board was supposed to come up with its rulings, and the rulings of the ZBA could only be overturned in court. Bob also brought explained that we will be seeing a new certification form that would allow him to enforce that ZBA ruling immediately, other wise he had to wait until the next ZBA meeting for final approval, and since the ZBA meets as needed this could cause an unacceptable delay for all involved. There was no one present in the audience Bill G. motioned that the meeting be adjourned Brenda B. seconded the motion Vote All Ayes Meeting adjourned at
