Minutes for September 15, 2009
 

Meeting called to order by Chairperson, Cindy Harwood at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and a moment of silence.

Twenty-eight residents and guests present.

Deputy Chad Palmiter presided over our meeting tonight and said he didn’t have any crime stats to report on for the past month

Lt. Palmiter introduced Deputy Van Sickle, who gave an interesting and informative talk about the work on the CMET team.  The phone number for CMET office is 1-800-342-0436.

Secretary’s report approved.

Treasurer, Joan Salisbury reported $528.32 in the treasury.

New business:  Deputy Palmiter brought in prescription drug cards for those people without insurance.

Old business:  House number signs, t-shirts and flashing porch lights for sale.

Dave Rondeau made a pen to be raffled and Pearl Beyers was the lucky winner.  $21.00 was taken in from the raffle.

Meeting adjourned at 9:25 p.m.

Next meeting date is October 20^th.
