Supervisor
Starr.
The
meeting
was
opened
with the
Pledge
of
Allegiance
to the
Flag and
a
Prayer.
Board

were

VanderMeulen.
There
were
nine
guests
in
attendance.

to

Minutes
of

2009.

for the
month.
