Supervisor Bergman called the special meeting of the Ensley Township Board to order at 5:00PM.  The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and a prayer.  Board members present were Richard Bergman, Cynthia Harwood, Faye Folkema, Steve Knox, and John VanderMeulen.  There were two guests present (Attorney, Cliff Bloom and zoning administrator, Doug Verduin).

There was a motion by VanderMeulen/Knox to go into closed session.  All ayes.   Motion carried.  There was discussion with the attorney about the Eckelstaffer adult foster care facility.  There was a motion by VanderMeulen/Harwood to close the closed session.  All ayes.  Motion carried.

There was a motion to adjourn by Folkema/Harwood to adjourn.  All ayes.  6:28PM.
