Minutes of October 7, 2008

The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Harwood at 7:45 PM.  A Pledge of Allegiance was said.  All members were present –Steve Knox, Faye Folkema and Cindy Harwood.  There were five guests.

Public Comment:  None.

New Business: 

1.      Election Inspector Appointment:  Yvonne Jordan, Mary Hyrns, Kimi Hackbardt, Sandy Blair, Gerry Pratt, Joyce Hosmer, Pearl Byers, Karen Hayden, Lori Waller, Pamela Brinks, and Samantha Hyrns were suggested.  There was a motion by Folkema/Knox to accept the election incpectors.  All affirmed.

2.      Appointing Chairperson:  Yvonne Jordan was nominated by Harwood to be the Chairperson.  Harwood/ Folkema moved to approve Jordan as chairperson.  All affirmed.

Adjourn:  Motion to adjourn at 7:48 PM.

July 1, 2008 Meeting Minutes
