All new construction, additions, window replacement, decks, fencing, any concrete work, roof replacing, and residing, you must contact the zoning administrator. Zoning compliance applications are available during posted office hours.

We will be looking at swimming pools to see if they are fenced. If not you will be receiving a zoning violation as per section 3.13 zoning ordinance.

Animals and pets per section 3.24

You may not keep more than 3 adult dogs ( six) months or older.

You need 5 acres or more to have a horse and approval of the zoning administrator to have Cattle and horses on your land.

Unlicensed vehicles section 3.34 If you have more than 2 unlicensed vehicles or other trash you are in violation of this ordinance.
