There were 9 properties violating
Section 3.4 Unwholesome Substances that Bob had on file.
1.
Three have them have been closed and
are in compliance.
2.
The following are the properties I
am currently investigating.
a.
Gloria Toner 5311 E. 128th,
a ticket had been written by Bob but never served. I have updated
pictures of this property. I had a lengthy discussion with Ms. Toner
and I have decided that they have two weeks from last Friday
(6-14-10) to clean up. I have scheduled to meet Ms. Toner on 6-14-10
to inspect the property. She knows if not in compliance a civil
infraction will be served.
b.
Brad Woodard 12006 Cypress, Two wood
burners being sold and cars for sale from business at residence next
door. This is a violation of the Ordinance because this is
considered an expansion of a non-conforming property.
c.
9967 Tracilyn Ave. Traci Miller,
storage of vehicles..I have yet to find this street
d.
5842 128th Violation of
Section 3.4, have taken pictures and a ticket should be issued
e.
13743 S. Elm, apparently from the
pictures someone is living in a trailer with a sewer pipe emptying
on the ground. I have yet to find this one.
f.
8855 E. 104th
Semi-trailer and other violations of Section 3.4. There is an
extensive file on this property. Another letter of demand will be
sent and a meeting with the owner will try and be set up before a
ticket is issued.
I have also included a copy of the
Solon Township Ordinance in your email concerning a Neighborhood
Commercial District in our township. This would zone all of our
corner stores and business commercial instead of non-conforming.
There is a real need for this. Please review the document and report
anything you might want to add or remove.
